Privacy
The arcade keeps anonymous game statistics: how often each game is played, for how long, whether it hit errors, and (for games with leaderboards) your scores. Your browser makes up a random player id and stores it locally. We store only a scrambled version of it. We do not use cookies, accounts, analytics services, trackers or device fingerprinting, and we do not store your IP address. It is used briefly in memory to stop abuse, then discarded. If you pick a display name, it is shown next to your scores. Don't use your real name. Clearing your browser's site data gives you a new anonymous id. To have scores removed, contact the arcade operator with your player code.
The site-wide privacy notice for 1dot1 is on the 1dot1 privacy page.
In short
- No raw IP address, user agent, referrer or player id is stored or logged.
- Daily counters hold no per-player data.
- Player records expire 400 days after your last activity.
- If statistics are unavailable, the games keep working. Your best scores are also saved in your own browser.
